Life Changing Advice For Every Day In March

Written by tyson pettegrew, Posted on

Every day can be an adventure, but only if you make it one. This world is huge, with new things being discovered everyday, and we can only hope to see a small fraction of everything this world has to offer. So remember that every day can be a new experience. If we step outside of ourselves and do things differently, we might be able to experience life in a whole new way. So here is a day to day activity guide for the month of March.

March 1st Fishing For Lies

This one is simple, approach your friend and just simply say, “I know what you did.” Maintain absolute focus and hope your friend cracks and tells you something.

March 2nd Develop A Bad Habit

Pick one of the many bad habits and try to develop one. Most bad habits aren’t really that big of a deal, so try to pick one that isn’t as serious as cigarettes or alcohol abuse.

March 3rd Take Five Seconds To Respond When Being Talked To

Sometimes we too hastily respond to questions. While it might seem funny, taking five seconds to gather your thoughts could prove extremely useful.

March 4th Answer Questions As Soon As They’re Asked

Staying with the swing of things, the following day you should try and answer questions as quickly as possible. Your day could prove to be very interesting if you blurt out something completely absurd.

March 5th Wear An Mismatched Outfit.

People care too much about their image these days. Wearing some unmatched clothing could be a lot of fun. Just imagine all the weird stares you’d get just for wearing a polka dot shirt with bright orange pants.

March 6th Confess Your Love To Someone.

If you're married or in a committed relationship, it’s good for you to sit them down and tell them you love them. If your not in a relationship but have a crush, pull her aside, put your hands on her shoulders, stare deep into her soul and tell her “I love you.”

March 7th Don’t Tie Your Shoes

Wear shoes with laces and don’t tie them. Walk carefully all day so as not to trip and fall. This, in my mind, is there to help you pay attention to every step and appreciate it.

 \

March 8th Say "Hi" To Everyone

People are so obsessed with shutting the world out that it’s rare nowadays for a stranger to say hi.

March 9th Don’t Wear Underwear

We have forgotten what it means to be free. Free yourself from the yoke of our oppressors with the elastic band. On this day say “NO MORE!” and feel the freedom you once felt before.

March 10th Help A Random Stranger

We as a community have forgotten what it’s like to be neighborly. Take the time to help someone you don’t know that’s in need. Who knows, maybe karma will help you when you need it.

March 11th Smile The Whole Day

Not necessarily smiling the whole day, but look at everything that happens to you in a positive and optimistic light.

March 12th Take A Different Way To Work

You never know what’s on the path less traveled if you never take it.

March 13th Don’t Clean Your Nose

Everyone “cleans” their nose with their finger. My challenge for you is to try and go an entire day without cleaning yours’.

March 14th Wear Sandals And Socks

We all know it’s unattractive, but maybe you could be the person that puts this comfortable combination in style.

March 15th Sleep With Your Head On The Other End Of The Bed

Sleeping with your head at the other end of the bed might be more exciting than you think. It’ll give you a fresh perspective from the point of view of your feet.

March 16th Take A Cold Shower

If you already claim to take cold showers, you probably don’t. If you really do, it’s probably because you have a broken water heater. Cold showers are actually much better for you and definitely wake you up more efficiently.

March 17th Fix Something That Needs Fixin'

That water heater that’s the cause for you taking cold showers should probably be fixed, so take the time today and fix it.

March 18th Call Your Parents

When’s the last time you talked to anyone from your family? Take the time to call you loved one’s and just talk.

March 19th Read A Book

That book has been sitting on your bookshelf ever since you bought it. Now is the day you take action and read it.

March 20th Write A Book

I’m not asking you to write the entire book in one day. Everyone has a story to tell, and whether it’s a 200-page novel, or a short memoir, someone out there would appreciate it.

March 21st Learn Something New

The Internet, is an infinite well of knowledge. Anything you could ever possibly want to learn is just a mouse click away.

March 22nd Go On A Diet For The Day

Sticking to a diet can be tough, but you should be able to manage for one day. You'll feel like a new person when you shed that pound.

March 23rd Go To Church

If you already go to church, try going to a church you’ve never been to. Despite what your current beliefs are, most churches have nothing but good things to say and teach.

March 24th Put Your Shirt And Pants On Backwards

Putting your clothes on the right way is overdone. Start the next biggest trend in fashion early, by doing things backwards today.

March 25th Answer Every Question, By First Giving A Fist Bump And A Compliment

It feels good to make others feel good. A compliment and a fist bump is a good way to boost someone’s spirits.

March 26th Get A Tattoo

I got a spur of the moment tattoo once and still haven’t regretted it (because it’s still there a constant reminder of a good time). I’m not saying you should get a permanent tattoo, but a realistic fake one to show off. Spontaneous actions are exciting and often result in the best stories.

March 27th Watch Fight Club

If you haven’t seen this late nineties classic, or if you have, rent it, watch it, love it.

March 28th Pick A Fight With Someone Smaller Than You And Lose

If you didn’t complete yesterday's task, then this won’t make sense to you. But you need to pick a fight, not a physical one, with someone and lose. You could learn some humility and feel good knowing you didn't have to win, but could have.

March 29th Talk About Fight Club

The first rule about Fight Club is to never talk about Fight Club. So let’s talk about fight club. Sometimes it can be a good thing to break the rules.

March 30th Do Absolutely Nothing

Take the time to get to know your couch better. It’s probably been a long time since you and your sofa really spent some quality time together.

March 31st Break A Bad Habit

Remember that bad habit you formed a number of days ago? Well, now is the time to break that habit. You probably had enough bad habits to start with, so breaking one will feel like a huge relief.
