Unintended Consequences - Colorado Marijuana Dealers Have To Adapt

Unintended consequences... Now that recreational marijuana is legal in Colorado did anyone think about the unintended consequences?  The competition between the legal marijuana dispensary’s and the street drug dealers was not thought through.  Making marijuana legal has increased the price. And what about the average “poor” marijuana user, looking for cheaper prices? in order to compete street dealers and the poor have learned to adapt. Instead of selling the same stuff you'd get in a dispensary, street dealers are actually dumpster diving for what the dispensary's are discarding.  This is only the beginning of the unintended consequences.  Watch this video by Voactiv.
