It takes strength to fully let go and it can be a very hard process. However, it's important to remember that this is often the only way to heal. If you continue to hold on to bitterness and negative experiences, they will define you and control your future. Instead, work to move past anything that has held you back and just let go. You will be shocked how good it feels to stop thinking about things you can't control.
