Wendel Smith, LMT, CST, SER, MLD
President and Co-Founder
As a naturally gifted healer, Mr. Smith has worked in the field of healing arts for nearly 20 years. Personally working with teens and adults with addiction in his private practice, he has helped many shed the habits and shape healthy lives. Also, as a foster father of 14 and adoptive father of 4, he has had to deal with the side effects of drug addiction and their behavioral effects on his own children. He oversees all of the manual therapies used in helping your child heal at ReBoot.
Brenden Borrowman
Vice President and Co-Founder
Beginning as a teenager in an abusive home to then escaping the drug and organized crime world into the Army, Brenden is the youngest OSUT graduate since Vietnam. After being shot and blown up in Afghanistan, recovering for over 2 years from his injuries, surviving 2 bouts with cancer, starting and selling 2 different businesses; Brenden found a way to put his life-altering expertise from the Army into our propriety OSIT program. He oversees all of the professional staffing and training at ReBoot.
Bret Gash
Senior Mentor
As a US Army Drill Sergeant, Bret was instrumental in designing the currently successful OSUT training at Fort Riley. Unlike most Drill Sergeants who serve for 2 or 3 cycles, Bret served for 6 years. His love of helping young men find their inner strength and personal self-worth was the key to his desire to work with ReBoot and create our proprietary OSIT approach. He oversees the training of all our Combat Veteran Mentors.
Jared Casey, LMFT
Lead Family and Individual Substance Abuse Therapist
With years of experience in private and public substance abuse rehabilitation facilities, Jared specializes in long-term rehabilitation as a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Substance Abuse Recovery. He is responsible for Family, Group and Individual counseling oversight throughout the program.
Alina Fong, PhD
Lead Neurocognitive Analytical Partner
Dr. Fong is one of the top Neuropshcyologists in the country and foremost experts on documented and proven propriety brain healing practices used for TBI. Dr. Fong and her team facilitate all of the pre and post brain scans as well as administering the initial proven healing therapies they have been recognized internationally for. Her team reads and deciphers the brain scans and designs the protocols and daily individualized therapies ReBoot carries out to heal the damage to your child's brain.

Medical Director
As a Primary Care Physician for over 40 years and 15 years specializing in psychiatric admissions, Dr. Smith has the unique perspective of working with the physical and mental health of his patients. Dr. Smith is the consulting Physician that oversees all of the medical intake protocols and medical exams as well as the step down from medications and possible medical detox needs for ReBoot.
