Just because the past didn't turn out like you wanted it, doesn't mean your future can't be better than you've ever imagined! I know that everybody comes to a point in their life where the wish they could do things over. I believe in improving who you are in order to improve your quality of life, it's never too late!
I am EMDR trained and work with individuals who have suffered trauma in their lives. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help achieve self-awareness and the ability to regulate emotions, distress tolerance and help with interpersonal relationships. I offer Pastoral Counseling, marriage and family therapy.
I HAVE THE BIGGEST EARS IN TEXAS! I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to share your burdens in life. I want to motivate the unmotivated and offer hope to the hopeless. I have been both, and overcome. I would love to help you with a new you and a fresh start.
